- Remote - Ideally close to Customers Eastern/Southern European Offices - Portugal, Spain, Italy, Romania, Poland, Czechia, Bulgaria
- English Speaking Role (Local Language is a plus)
- Start Date : 09/06/2025 (Can be slightly flexible)
- 12-Month Engagement on a Rolling Contract (Extendable after 12-Months)
- Daily Rate : 200-350€
Customer Details
- Our customer is a world leader in Payroll and HR Solutions, with offices all over the world and IT teams based across EMEA, APAC and the America's.
- They have a skill gap within the team at the moment and some quite ambitious plans for 2025 and beyond, so looking for a Citrix Engineer to take on the BAU/Run tasks to free up their internal teams to contribute towards project work.

Job Details
Citrix Engineer (L3)
Primary Responsibilities will include :
- Perform advanced issue analysis and resolution, maintenance and environment upgrades.
- Addresses high severity issues and service outages.
- Manage the Citrix environment and oversee and lead administrative tasks performed by Level 2.
- Manage network and storage infrastructure as it relates to the Citrix environment
- Review periodic reports of server health, resource usage, user experience, and overall environment performance.
- Perform policy-level changes and make Active Directory updates.
- Escalate ticket to vendor specific technical support, when necessary.
- On-call (business days and weekend)
- Implement changes outside business hours
Required Technical Skills : Citrix Virtual Apps, Virtual Desktops, Citrix Provisioning Services, MCS, Citrix Netscaler, AD Domain Services, AD Certificate Services, DNS, DHCP, GPOs, IIS, Windows (11, Server 2016 - 2022), VMware, Powershell
- English Speaking position, but local language is appreciated
- Working with a multi cultural team based across EMEA (mostly Germany, France, UK, Poland, Romania, Spain, Portugal)
- No certifications are required, but any relevant Citrix, Windows or AD certificates will certainly support your application.
