We're looking for a Staff Product Designer to shape the interfaces and experiences for a cutting-edge technology platform. This role is central to the product experience, designing scalable UIs, prototyping new interaction models, and defining the visual language that ensures consistency and usability across the product.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver polished product experiences from concept to execution
- Translate complex workflows into clear, actionable user experiences
- Own and evolve the design system for consistency and scalability
- Use research and iteration to improve end-to-end usability
- Collaborate closely with engineering to ship high-fidelity designs
Qualifications
- Strong portfolio demonstrating real product and business impact
- Deep UX expertise and sharp visual craft across typography and layout
- Experience designing data-rich or AI-driven interfaces
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving, high-performance environment
Bonus:
- Experience with developer tools, observability platforms, or real-time applications
- Exposure to AI/ML systems or non-deterministic UX
- Startup experience with close design-engineering collaboration
