Location: St. Petersburg, FL; Denver, CO; Memphis, TN; Southfield, MI - Remote considered for strong candidates
Salary: $125,000 - $140,000 base salary range
Overview:
Glocomms are partnered with a globally leading Investment Management firm in the search for a skilled CyberArk Security Engineer to join their expanding Identity and Access Management team, with a focus on Privileged Access Management. This position is part of a global IAM Engineering group headquartered in St. Petersburg, FL. Ideal candidates will bring hands-on experience with CyberArk and a passion for contributing to a maturing PAM program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deploy and manage PAM solutions, ensuring proper security configurations and performance monitoring.
- Stay current on external security trends and evaluate their relevance to the organization.
- Produce and maintain high-quality documentation for technical procedures and user guidance.
- Proactively participate in training, certifications, and knowledge-sharing to support continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define business requirements.
- Operate across key CyberArk modules (EPV, PSM, CPM, etc.), providing expertise in onboarding, offboarding, and account lifecycle management.
- Develop and document PAM-related processes, templates, and usage guidelines.
- Establish workflows and ticketing processes to support PAM service delivery.
- Provide operational metrics and reporting on PAM activities.
- Implement Continuous Control Monitoring to uphold security best practices.
- Participate in a rotating on-call schedule, including non-standard working hours as needed.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in CyberArk and Privileged Access Management.
- Strong understanding of IT security principles across Windows and Linux environments.
- Proficient in working independently and offering technical leadership as needed.
- Experience in requirement gathering, process mapping, and systems testing.
- Familiarity with IT compliance, risk management, and business continuity standards.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
Technical Knowledge:
- Expertise with CyberArk and ticketing systems (ServiceNow preferred).
- Strong grasp of Microsoft Active Directory architecture.
- Experience with:
- CyberArk Privileged Cloud (preferred)
- CyberArk Secrets Management / Conjur (preferred)
- Splunk (preferred)
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, or Java.
- Solid understanding of Windows and Linux server and workstation OS.
Certifications:
- CyberArk Defender certification required.
Work Schedule:
- This position includes participation in a rotating on-call schedule and may require working outside traditional business hours.
