Early‑Stage Role Opportunity
The company is hiring its first Senior AI Engineer to lead underwriting models, cash‑flow analytics, and data‑driven insights from end to end.
This role is foundational. You will create and deploy models that power real financial decisions in production, influencing how thousands of businesses manage rent each month. You will collaborate directly with the founding team and play a central role in shaping both technical directions and business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Analyze complex and inconsistent small‑business cash flows using granular transaction data
- Build, evaluate, and refine underwriting and automated decisioning systems
- Transform raw financial datasets into clear insights for customers and partners
- Create real‑time signals that balance risk, growth, and user trust
- Collaborate with founders on product, risk, and strategic roadmap decisions
- Influence the long‑term architecture of the company's AI and data platform
