CyberSecurity Project Manager
We're partnering with a global organisation undergoing a major industrial cybersecurity transformation, and they are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead the rollout of a CyberArk (Bastion) solution across multiple international sites.
This is a high-visibility programme already in execution phase, where you'll take ownership of delivery across a complex, multi-vendor environment.
The Role
You will be responsible for driving the end-to-end deployment of a privileged access / bastion solution across multiple sites, working closely with global leadership and third-party providers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading delivery of a large-scale CyberArk / Bastion deployment programme
- Owning project planning, scheduling, and execution across multiple workstreams
- Coordinating global stakeholders and external suppliers
- Managing risks, budget, procurement, and project communications
- Tracking milestones, dependencies, and delivery timelines
- Overseeing deliverables quality and supplier performance
- Driving weekly and monthly reporting (progress, risks, next steps)
- Supporting change management, communication, and user adoption across sites
You'll operate in a highly collaborative environment, acting as the bridge between global programme leadership, technical teams, and business stakeholders.
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years' experience in IT Project Management within large-scale, international environments
- Proven track record delivering complex infrastructure or cybersecurity programmes
- Strong experience working across multi-vendor and multi-site environments
- Solid understanding of IT infrastructure and cyber security (CyberArk highly beneficial)
- Experience managing budget, procurement, and project governance
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience working in or alongside industrial / OT environments (preferred)
- PMP or equivalent certification (desirable)
