About the Role
We're looking for a commercially driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to support our go-to-market efforts across the DACH region. You'll be responsible for generating and qualifying pipeline with enterprise-level organisations, working closely with Account Executives on strategic outreach into named accounts.
This is a front-line revenue role suited to someone who understands complex sales cycles, enjoys engaging senior stakeholders, and is comfortable operating in a structured, data-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Identify, engage, and qualify new business opportunities within enterprise accounts (DAX, large mid-market)
- Execute targeted outbound campaigns (multi-channel: phone, email, LinkedIn) into ICP accounts
- Build relationships with senior decision-makers (VP, C-level) across target industries
- Partner closely with Account Executives to develop account penetration strategies
- Drive discovery conversations to identify commercial pain points and buying intent
- Maintain accurate pipeline and activities in CRM (e.g., Salesforce)
- Consistently meet and exceed activity and pipeline generation targets
Your Profile
- Native-level German and fluent English
- 1-3 years experience in a BDR/SDR, sales, or commercial client-facing role (SaaS/technology preferred)
- Exposure to enterprise sales cycles or complex solution selling is a plus
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders
- Process-driven, with familiarity in structured sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDICC is a plus)
- Resilient, proactive, and comfortable with outbound-driven environments
- Based in or willing to relocate to Berlin
