Position Overview

Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Account Executive with a proven track record of selling into the oil and gas space. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who understands the complexities of the energy industry and can effectively communicate the value of enterprise software solutions to prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities within the oil and gas sector.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline in the CRM system.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes affecting the energy sector.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, with a focus on the oil and gas industry.
  • Proven success in selling SaaS or technology solutions to energy companies.
  • Strong understanding of upstream, midstream, and/or downstream operations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage complex sales cycles and multiple stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
