My client is actively seeking an Engineering Manager to join one of two teams in their SF Bay Area or Seattle offices.
Both of these teams, operating in different areas of the business, are responsible for developing robust search algorithms. These teams are leveraging the best-in-class Machine Learning and Natural Language Processing techniques to provide the best search experiences across the business.
My client is a global powerhouse with over 1 billion active users and expanding!
Some of the projects and include:
- Designing end-to-end ranking systems
- Improve search quality and user experience using ML techniques
- Solve supply/ demand challenges
Some qualifications:
- 6-10 years of industry experience in Machine Learning
- People management experience
- Experience in one of these areas: Natural Language Processing, Ranking, Search Engines, Recommendation Systems
- Bi-lingual in English/ Mandarin
