My client is a dynamic and growing company specialist in mainframe modernization and transformation with offices in Europe.They have been helping their customers transform their existing IT systems into a modern IT environment. They are currently looking for a Senior Solution Sales Lead for the Italian and Adriatic region.
Responsibilities:
- You will be the first person on the ground for the Italian and Adriatic region
- You will be in charge of building, executing their own defined business plan to achieve the company's sales and growth objectives by engaging directly with potential customers and partners.You will be supported by a team of Presales and Consultant from another office
- Develop and execute against a personal business plan to achieve annual & quarterly sales targets
- Meet and exceed annual sales targets within the assigned territory
Skills:
- A "hunter" sales professional profile & mindset
- Minimum 8 years proven complex solutions sales & business development background selling at Senior Executive/C level/ dealing with multiple stakeholder complex transformational sales cycles
- Strong team player
- An excellent networker with experience working at CXO level
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Result-oriented and driven work style
- Thorough understanding of the Sales Process & industry recognized Qualification Methodologies e.g. MEDDPICC, Challenger, SPIN, TAS etc
- Demonstrable understanding and knowledge of the Mainframe platform ecosystem & Mainframe Modernisation market space
- Fluency in English and Italian
