They're looking for a highly motivated Software Engineer to build internal AI-powered systems, automation workflows, and operational tooling that improve efficiency across recruiting, sales, customer success, finance, and business operations. What You'll Do
- Build AI-powered internal tools and automation systems that streamline business operations.
- Design and deploy workflows for recruiting, candidate evaluation, outbound engagement, and operational efficiency.
- Create integrations across business-critical platforms such as CRMs, communication tools, and internal systems.
- Develop LLM-powered applications, workflow automations, and AI agents that solve real business problems.
- Build scalable backend services, APIs, and internal platforms that reduce manual work across teams.
- Partner cross-functionally with engineering, product, operations, recruiting, and go-to-market teams to identify and deliver high-value solutions.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals with experience in backend, full-stack, or systems development.
- Experience building applications in languages such as Python, Java, TypeScript, Go, or similar.(Tech stack flexibility is welcomed.)
- Interest or experience working with AI, LLMs, automation platforms, agents, or workflow orchestration.
- Ability to take ownership of projects from concept through deployment.
- Startup mindset with a bias toward action and solving business problems through technology.
Nice to Have
- Experience integrating with APIs, CRM platforms, or business systems.
- Exposure to OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or other generative AI platforms.
- Experience with workflow automation tools such as Zapier, n8n, Make, or similar technologies.
- Previous startup, side-project, or entrepreneurial experience.
