About the Opportunity

We are partnering with a leading provider of identity, fraud, and risk solutions that helps organizations make trusted decisions in real time. Their platform powers digital on boarding, identity verification, fraud prevention, and compliance workflows for some of the largest and fastest-growing organizations across regulated industries.

As a Senior Pre-Sales Solution Consultant, Prediction Markets, you will serve as the technical expert throughout the sales cycle, partnering closely with Account Executives to help gaming, sports book, fantasy sports, and prediction market operators solve complex fraud, identity, and compliance challenges.

This is a highly consultative role that combines technical solution design, customer engagement, and industry expertise. You'll work directly with prospective customers to understand their business requirements, architect tailored solutions, lead product demonstrations and proof-of-concepts, and translate complex technical concepts into measurable business value.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Account Executives as the primary technical resource throughout the sales process.
  • Lead discovery sessions with prospective customers to understand on boarding, fraud prevention, identity verification, compliance, and risk management workflows.
  • Design end-to-end solutions that address customer challenges related to account creation, KYC, AML, account takeover, bonus abuse, multi-accounting, and player protection.
  • Deliver tailored product demonstrations and presentations to technical and business stakeholders.
  • Scope, design, and execute proof-of-concepts (POCs) and pilot programs, defining success criteria and measuring outcomes.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders across Product, Risk, Compliance, Security, and Technology teams.
  • Communicate technical concepts, platform capabilities, and data-driven insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Customer Success teams to support customer requirements and solution development.
  • Assist with RFPs, technical evaluations, solution recommendations, and implementation planning.
  • Stay current on industry trends, fraud patterns, identity technologies, regulatory requirements, and emerging challenges within gaming and digital wagering.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of professional experience, including 4+ years in Solutions Consulting, Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, Pre-Sales, Professional Services, or a related customer-facing technical role.
  • Experience within online gaming, sports betting, fantasy sports, prediction markets, payments, fraud prevention, identity verification, or risk technology.
  • Strong understanding of fraud workflows, digital on boarding, KYC, AML, identity verification, authentication, and risk management practices.
  • Experience leading customer discovery sessions, solution design discussions, technical presentations, demos, and proof-of-concepts.
  • Strong knowledge of SaaS platforms, APIs, integration's, data workflows, and modern software architectures.
  • Ability to translate technical and analytical concepts into clear business recommendations for executive and operational stakeholders.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills with experience engaging senior decision-makers.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Customer Success teams.
  • Experience operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Familiarity with gaming regulations, responsible gaming initiatives, and fraud trends is highly preferred.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to support customer meetings, workshops, and industry events.
