Glocomms is currently partnered with a major Social Media and Entertainment firm, looking to add several Senior level Machine Learning Engineers to their Search and Recommendation team. This is an excellent opportunity to have direct impact working on the cutting edge of a large scale platform.
Responsibilities:
- Build end-to-end ML solutions supporting Search/Recommendation platforms
- Optimize algorithms to improve performance
- Work with cross functional teams to better understand user needs and develop solutions
Requirements:
- 2+ years of work experience
- Degree in STEM adjacent field, Master's degree preferred
- Proficiency in Python and SQL
- Proficiency with major ML libraries. including: Tensorflow, PyTorch, and/or PySpark
- Experience deploying models and general knowledge of ML infrastructure
- Strong background in search, ranking, retrieval, or personalization systems
- Experience with NLP/LLMs is preferred
