A Big Data software vendor in hypergrowth is seeking a Head of Sales for the EMEA Region. This pre-IPO company just raised a series A fundings. This role will allow you to build a sales strategy and manage a growing Sales team, reporting directly to the VP of Global Sales.
Responsibilities:
- Develop a sales strategy and plan within the region, to drive revenue and growth forward
- Implement the sales plan, ensuring its proper execution
- Support and your sales team, participate to the professional development of all members of your team
- Report and monitor sales activity, conducting regular revenue forecast
- Represent the company in sales events
- Recruiting and onboard new team members
- Ensure targets achievement
Skills and experience required:
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in Enterprise Field Sales
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in International Management
- Fluent in English
- Leadership/coaching abilities
- Excellent analytical skills
- Experience selling Machine Learning and AI solutions
- Demonstrable track-record of achieving or overachieving your sales goals
- Good knowledge of MEDDIC sales methodology
- Travel availability
