Position: Sales Director EMEA (all genders)
Estimated Salary: 140.000€ - 180.000€* OTE (80/20)
Location: Koblenz
Our client, a global leader in Industrial Automation, is looking for a Sales Director EMEA to join their growing team in Koblenz. With over 40 years of excellence, this company now has over 6,000 employees in 80 offices across North America, Europe, and APAC. Their solutions are innovative and custom designed and used with Tier 1 OEMs, leading CPG companies, and top life sciences companies, to name a few verticals. As their Sales Director- EMEA, you will be responsible for leading the sales team to achieve and exceed the company's sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed company sales targets
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed their individual sales targets
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure that all sales and marketing activities are aligned
- Work closely with the product team to ensure that all products are aligned with the customers' needs
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers
- Provide regular reports to the management team on sales performance and market trends
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity
