A top ecommerce company is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead our Gifting and B2B teams. This role involves overseeing the digital shopping experience for gifting and businesses, which contributes significantly to the company's revenue. These two segments are closely intertwined and play a crucial role in the strategic roadmap. They have shown substantial revenue and profitability growth, resulting in investments in our team, platform, and strategy.
Reporting to the Head of Digital Product, you will work closely with the Gifting & B2B business units. This position carries significant influence, allowing you to shape the vision and strategy while executing impactful initiatives that drive metrics.
Within our roadmap, you may work on projects such as launching new brands from scratch, developing innovative workflows for customized gifts, and introducing a comprehensive and unique business shopping program and experience.
Responsibilities:
- Create an impactful roadmap in collaboration with the Gifting & B2B business units and other key stakeholders.
Consistently identify avenues for growth by conducting quantitative and qualitative research, assessing their impact and investment needs, and determining their priority in relation to other concepts.
- Plan and execute the product lifecycle efficiently, prioritizing and managing engineering and design sprints to ensure the teams generate valuable output.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant product management experience, including leading cross-functional product teams, driving meaningful impact, defining compelling strategies, and inspiring and aligning partners.
- Demonstrated track record of building, shipping, or managing consumer-facing digital products in the e-commerce or marketplaces sector. Experience in both D2C and B2B segments is a plus.
- Ability to swiftly switch between strategic planning and efficient, tactical execution.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to quantify results.
