The Opportunity
Our client is looking for a Deployment Strategist to serve as the bridge between customers, product, and engineering teams. You'll own strategic customer engagements from initial discovery through deployment and long-term success, helping organizations unlock meaningful business value from AI-powered solutions.
This role is ideal for someone coming from a top consulting background who enjoys solving complex business problems, working directly with executive stakeholders, and driving cross-functional initiatives. You'll operate as a trusted advisor, deployment lead, and strategic operator all in one.
What You'll Do
- Lead enterprise customer deployments from kickoff through successful production launch
- Partner with senior stakeholders to understand business challenges, define success metrics, and design AI-powered solutions
- Translate customer requirements into actionable implementation plans for technical teams
- Drive discovery workshops, process-mapping sessions, and executive business reviews
- Develop ROI frameworks, business cases, and strategic recommendations for customers
- Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to influence roadmap priorities based on customer feedback
- Manage complex cross-functional workstreams across internal and external stakeholders
- Identify opportunities to expand customer impact and increase adoption over time
- Serve as a trusted advisor to customer leadership teams throughout the engagement lifecycle
Who We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in management consulting, strategy, business transformation, implementation, or a related field
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and executive presentation skills
- Proven experience managing complex projects and stakeholder relationships
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a structured, hypothesis-driven approach
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA from a top business school
- Experience working with AI, SaaS, enterprise software, or digital transformation initiatives
- Exposure to product strategy, implementation consulting, solutions architecture, or forward-deployed roles
- Experience building business cases, operating models, or process redesign initiatives
- Comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment
