Position Overview:
Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled CyberArk Consultant to join our team and contribute to the successful implementation of new CyberArk applications for security and access management purposes. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of CyberArk solutions and how to effectively integrate them into existing infrastructure. While technical skills are not mandatory, familiarity with Windows, Unix, and Linux environments, as well as PowerShell scripting, is advantageous. The consultant will work collaboratively with various IAM teams in an Agile environment to ensure the smooth rollout of new applications.
Responsibilities:
- Liaise with users to understand their needs and requirements, adapting the role model in collaboration with Business Modelling.
- Guide users on CyberArk functionalities, providing expertise and assistance as needed.
- Collaborate with various IAM teams to integrate new CyberArk applications into the existing infrastructure.
- Work in an Agile environment, participating in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Facilitate kick-off meetings to initiate each phase of the project and ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.
- Assist in the onboarding process, helping to integrate the new applications and ensure their functionality within the environment.
- Work closely with the onboarding team and technical team to address any challenges and ensure smooth execution of the implementation process.
- Independently manage tasks and responsibilities as required, while also fostering collaboration and teamwork within the project team.
Environment:
- Familiarity with Windows, Unix, and Linux environments.
- Knowledge of CyberArk solutions, including Privileged Session Manager (PSM) and Privileged Session Manager for Unix (PSMP).
- Experience with Agile methodology and working in Agile teams.
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting is a bonus.
Qualifications:
- Solid understanding of CyberArk solutions and their implementation in enterprise environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with users and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to work independently when necessary.
- Experience working in Agile environments and familiarity with Agile methodologies.
- Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities while maintaining a focus on project goals and deadlines.
