A leading MSSP is seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join the team as a Client Account Executive. As a Client Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in expanding the business's client base and driving revenue growth.
***Must be located in Mid-Atlantic (VA,DC,MD) and cover said territory to be considered***
***Compensation: $150K Base /$300K OTE***
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to identify and target potential clients in need of managed security services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at prospective client organizations.
- Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions that align with our suite of managed security services.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value and benefits of our offerings.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and technical teams to ensure smooth on-boarding and implementation of new clients.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics, while continuously fostering client satisfaction and retention.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in the MSSP space.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably within the cybersecurity or IT services industry. *5 years experience minimum*
- Strong understanding of Managed Detection and Response (MDR), Security Information and Event Management (SIEM), and Security Operations Center (SOC) concepts.
- Met/Over exceeded million dollar quota.
- Relationship/rolodex within hiring territory.
- Exposure to Microsoft eco system
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to build and nurture client relationships, with a focus on understanding client needs and providing exceptional service.
- Self-motivated and driven, with a passion for sales and a relentless pursuit of targets and objectives.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and creatively to overcome challenges.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
