Built on predictive analytics and machine learning, the platform processes billions of signals-email, phone, device, IP, velocity, and offline data-to create one of the most accurate identity verification and fraud prevention tools globally. Its customers include major banks, fintechs, government agencies, and e-commerce companies.
As the Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will serve as the go-to expert for one or more commercial verticals-bridging the gap between product innovation and market needs. You'll shape messaging, go-to-market strategy, and collateral that bring the platform's unique technical capabilities to life for industry-specific audiences.
🔍 Key Responsibilities
Vertical Strategy & Messaging
Develop value propositions, messaging frameworks, and solution narratives tailored to assigned verticals. Clearly articulate how our platform's AI‑driven technology delivers measurable business outcomes.Technical Storytelling & Collateral Creation
Create and maintain sales enablement assets such as pitch decks, one-pagers, solution briefs, battlecards, email sequences, and talk tracks. Explain technical concepts-APIs, machine learning, identity fraud detection-in clear, compelling language.Competitive Intelligence
Conduct ongoing market research to understand fraud trends and competitor offerings. Perform in-depth analysis to uncover gaps, strengths, and opportunities; develop positioning strategies highlighting our platform's superiority.Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with PMMs, product management, sales, solutions consulting, and customer success teams to align vertical narratives with the product roadmap. Provide feedback from voices in the market to influence product enhancements.Thought Leadership & Content Creation
Write whitepapers, blog posts, and case studies that demonstrate the platform's innovation and vertical expertise. Represent the company at customer meetings, webinars, and industry events.AI-Powered Enablement
Utilize artificial intelligence tools to enhance the quality, speed, and scale of marketing content and technical insights.
✔️ Requirements
- 5+ years in product marketing, solutions engineering, product management, or a related B2B/SaaS GTM role.
- Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts (e.g., APIs, machine learning, fraud detection) into audience-friendly messaging.
- Experience building sales enablement materials and driving technical campaigns.
- Excellent storytelling, writing, and presentation skills for both technical and business audiences.
- Analytical mindset with a track record of conducting competitive research and shaping positioning.
- Proven track record in driving collateral creation and enabling the field.
- Experience with AI tools for content and research is a plus.
Bonus Qualifications:
- Prior domain expertise in key verticals (e.g., banking, fintech, government, e-commerce).
- Background in identity verification, fraud, risk, or security SaaS.
