Glocomms is partnered with a leading organization who are seeking a Head of Engineering. As the Head of engineering on the Agentic Workflows, you'll lead a team of 10+ engineers that are working on developing cutting edge agentic AI technology to support both internal workflows and external products.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building teams and working on platforms and tools that simplify complexity for ML and data science teams and thrives in fast-paced environments where engineering excellence and reliability are paramount.
- Shape Strategic Direction: Establish and lead the vision for agentic workflows and internal tools, driving the organization toward becoming fully AI-native.
- Design and Scale Core Systems: Build robust automation frameworks, orchestration engines, and AI-powered internal platforms to accelerate development and streamline operations.
- Champion AI Integration: Embed advanced AI capabilities across all business functions to enhance decision-making, optimize processes, and boost overall efficiency.
- Foster Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with leaders across departments to create tools and workflows that improve speed, reduce manual tasks, and increase operational transparency.
