With real revenue, rapid growth, and a massive market ahead, we're looking for an exceptional Full Stack Engineering Manager to lead and scale our engineering team.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and grow the engineering team from seed stage to Series A and beyond.
  • Own technical strategy and architecture decisions.
  • Contribute to code (Python, Node.js, React) while driving best practices.
  • Establish engineering culture-code quality, reviews, agile processes.
  • Ensure rapid iteration and deployment of mission-critical features.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong experience in full-stack development (Python, React, Node.js, Postgres, AWS).
  • Proven track record leading engineering teams in fast-paced, zero-to-one environments.
  • Deep understanding of system design, architecture, and microservices.
  • Comfortable with AI/ML integration (LangChain, open-source LLMs).
  • Excellent communicator and mentor with an entrepreneurial mindset.
