What You'll Do
- Lead and grow the engineering team from seed stage to Series A and beyond.
- Own technical strategy and architecture decisions.
- Contribute to code (Python, Node.js, React) while driving best practices.
- Establish engineering culture-code quality, reviews, agile processes.
- Ensure rapid iteration and deployment of mission-critical features.
What We're Looking For
- Strong experience in full-stack development (Python, React, Node.js, Postgres, AWS).
- Proven track record leading engineering teams in fast-paced, zero-to-one environments.
- Deep understanding of system design, architecture, and microservices.
- Comfortable with AI/ML integration (LangChain, open-source LLMs).
- Excellent communicator and mentor with an entrepreneurial mindset.
