What you will be doing:
- Build frontend features and user-facing products using React and TypeScript.
- Work closely with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to create a great user experience.
- Own projects from initial idea through launch and production support.
- Create clean, scalable, and well-tested code.
- Improve frontend architecture, design systems, performance, and accessibility.
- Partner with backend engineers to build APIs and deliver new features.
- Mentor other engineers through code reviews and technical guidance.
Who They're Looking For:
- 5+ years of frontend engineering experience.
- Strong experience with React, TypeScript, and Redux (or similar state management tools).
- Someone who cares about building polished, user-friendly products.
- Experience working closely with designers and product teams.
- Strong understanding of frontend best practices, testing, performance, and accessibility.
- A self-starter who can take ownership and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Bonus points for experience with AWS/GCP, design systems, React Flow, or startup environments.
