About the Role & Responsibilities
This newly created role will lead the Growth Engineering function-a builder-innovator team at the heart of the go-to-market engine. As Head of Growth Engineering, you will:
- Architect and deploy automated, data-powered systems that accelerate pipeline generation, campaign experimentation, and customer acquisition.
- Build a modern growth infrastructure leveraging AI tools, GPT/LLMs, custom code, and best-in-class automation stacks.
- Partner with marketing, sales, and product teams to deliver full-stack solutions-from analytics pipelines and martech integrations to rapid A/B testing engines.
- Drive velocity by enabling new workflows and campaigns to launch in days, not months.
- Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and implement bold growth experiments with measurable business impact.
This team operates with autonomy, speed, and an AI-native approach-owning both strategy and execution to outpace traditional models.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading growth engineering, marketing technology, or similar technical teams in SaaS or high-growth environments.
- Expertise in automation frameworks, data architecture, and martech ecosystems.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools, GPT/LLMs, and custom code development.
- Strong ability to translate business objectives into scalable technical solutions.
- Builder mindset-comfortable with ambiguity, rapid iteration, and bold experimentation.
