A top-tier financial services firm is seeking a seasoned cybersecurity professional to lead the design, deployment, and governance of enterprise endpoint protection solutions.
Role Overview:
This leadership role is responsible for designing, deploying, and managing endpoint security solutions across a complex cybersecurity infrastructure. The position is ideal for a seasoned cybersecurity professional with deep expertise in endpoint protection technologies and a passion for reducing risk across digital assets such as workstations and servers. This individual must have hands-on expertise with the CrowdStrike platform and experience operating in both technical and managerial capacities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the deployment and optimization of advanced endpoint protection tools.
- Provide technical direction to engineers working with endpoint security platforms and web gateway solutions.
- Collaborate with architecture and threat intelligence teams to enhance existing security frameworks and implement new solutions.
- Identify and close security gaps in alignment with Zero Trust principles.
- Ensure comprehensive malware detection coverage across all eligible devices.
- Drive automation initiatives within endpoint security operations.
- Manage and mentor a team of skilled engineers to ensure platform stability and performance.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on endpoint security and data protection.
- Hands-on experience with endpoint detection and response platforms, firewall management, and IT threat detection.
- Strong understanding of operating systems (Linux, Windows, Mac) and cloud environments (Azure).
- Familiarity with SaaS security controls and identity platforms.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Preferred certifications include CISSP or equivalent.
