Overview:
We are partnering with leading manufacturer of paper products committed to quality, sustainability, and operational excellence. We're currently seeking a highly experienced Syspro Software Specialist to join our team and take full ownership of system implementations, upgrades, and process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and execute Syspro system changes, upgrades, and configuration tasks
Own and manage Syspro implementations from planning through post-go-live support
Work with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and align them with Syspro capabilities
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve Syspro-related issues to minimize operational disruptions
Ensure system integrity, performance, and compliance with internal standards
Provide support and training to internal users as needed
What We're Looking For:
Hands-on expertise in Syspro (this is a must)
Proven ability to independently lead and manage Syspro implementations and modifications
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to system optimization
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, change-oriented environment
SQL knowledge is a plus, but not required
Preferred Qualifications:
5+ years of Syspro experience, ideally in a manufacturing or distribution setting
Familiarity with Syspro modules such as finance, inventory, production, or supply chain
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field (relevant experience or certifications may be considered in lieu of a degree)
