Solution Architect - GRC (Oracle)

Join a leading global provider of advanced connectivity and network infrastructure solutions dedicated to supporting mission‑critical communications for telecommunications operators, public agencies, utilities, and enterprise organizations.

The Role & Functional Responsibilities:

  • Leads architecture and delivery of Oracle E‑Business Suite (EBS) R12.x and Oracle GRC solutions.
  • Acts as a techno‑functional lead across QTC, PTP, R2R, and Projects business cycles.
  • Performs process design, gap analysis, and functional/technical specification development.
  • Supports Revenue Recognition, project accounting, and enterprise financial operations.
  • Drives audit readiness, period close, user enablement, and cross‑functional alignment.
  • Oversees documentation including requirements, design specs, narratives, test scripts, and user guides.

2. Technical Delivery & Integrations

  • Develops and optimizes components using PL/SQL, Oracle APIs, Workflows, AME, and BI Publisher.
  • Builds and manages RICE/RICEW/RICEWR and CEMLI objects, including custom reports, interfaces, conversions, and extensions.
  • Performs SQL tuning, indexing, and technical troubleshooting for performance and scalability.
  • Designs integrations using Web Services, middleware, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
  • Supports integrations with Salesforce, Agile PLM, eCommerce platforms, Vertex, RevPro, Kinaxis, ADP, and banking interfaces.
  • Ensures all technical solutions maintain compliance, security, and audit integrity.

3. Controls, Compliance & Risk Management

  • Implements and maintains SOX, ITGCs, Application Controls, and Segregation of Duties (SoD) frameworks.
  • Designs and evaluates audit trails, reconciliations, exception reporting, and automated evidence generation.
  • Works closely with internal and external auditors on compliance reviews and material weakness remediation.
  • Ensures that system processes meet regulatory expectations for public companies and regulated industries.

4. Professional Competencies & Preferred Qualifications

  • Demonstrates strong analytical problem solving, hands‑on solution design, and technical troubleshooting skills.
  • Collaborates effectively across finance, operations, audit, and IT teams.
  • Designs scalable solutions that align with both business strategy and regulatory needs.
  • Preferred certifications include Oracle EBS/GRC, CISA, CISSP, or related audit/security credentials.
  • Experience with GRC tools, compliance frameworks, and large‑scale enterprise transformations is a plus.
