Senior Systems Analyst
Glocomms is partnering with a top civil engineering firm to find a Senior Analyst that will serve as a key technical resource for enterprise systems, ensuring optimal performance, security, and integration across platforms. This role involves analyzing business requirements, configuring systems, and supporting IT initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and user experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and document business processes to identify system requirements and improvements.
- Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise applications and related integrations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design solutions that align with organizational goals.
- Manage system upgrades, patches, and performance tuning.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and user guides.
- Provide advanced support for application issues and escalate as needed.
- Assist with data integrity, reporting, and compliance requirements.
- Participate in IT projects, including testing and implementation phases.
- Stay informed on emerging technologies and recommend enhancements.
Experience & Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in systems analysis or application support within enterprise environments.
- Solid understanding of business processes and system workflows.
- Experience with system upgrades, integrations, and data management.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP, or vendor-specific) are a plus.
