The organization is investing heavily in next‑generation AI capabilities and is hiring an AI Solutions Engineer to design, prototype, and scale agentic AI workflows that drive tangible value across a large commercial ecosystem.
This is not model‑development work -- it's end‑to‑end AI systems engineering, where you'll translate real business use cases into production-grade applications, grounded in enterprise data and designed for reliability, attribution, and speed.
What You'll Do
- Build and iterate on multi‑step agentic workflows that solve real business tasks (trend synthesis, research automation, opportunity sizing).
- Design prompts, task flows, and lightweight chat/UI surfaces to support user-facing experiences.
- Ground outputs in governed data sources and implement checks to ensure accuracy and citations.
- Partner cross‑functionally with engineering, IT, and commercial teams to bring pilots into scalable production.
- Write clean, maintainable code and contribute to standards, documentation, and reusable patterns.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, software engineering, or data-driven systems.
- Strong coding skills in Python and SQL, plus Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, or C#.
- Hands-on experience with agent frameworks (Semantic Kernel, LangChain, LangGraph).
- Proven ability to take AI projects from prototype through production deployment.
- Strong fundamentals in API design, system integration, and building reliable workflows.
