Role Overview:
Our client is seeking a high-performing Enterprise Account Executive to drive new business growth within Tier 1 banks and large financial institutions. This is a hunter role focused on acquiring and expanding strategic enterprise accounts in the banking sector. The ideal candidate will bring deep domain expertise in fraud prevention, identity verification, or regulatory compliance, and a proven track record of selling complex SaaS solutions into top-tier financial institutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, targeting Tier 1 banks and large financial institutions.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to penetrate new logos and expand existing relationships.
- Collaborate with solution consulting, product, and marketing teams to tailor value propositions and demos to client needs.
- Navigate complex procurement and compliance processes within highly regulated environments.
- Consistently meet or exceed revenue targets and pipeline generation goals.
- Represent our client at industry events, conferences, and executive briefings.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 5+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience, with a strong focus on fraud, identity verification, or risk/compliance solutions.
- Demonstrated success selling into Tier 1 banks or large financial institutions.
- Deep understanding of the banking ecosystem, including regulatory drivers, fraud challenges, and digital transformation trends.
- Strong consultative selling skills and ability to engage C-level stakeholders.
- Self-starter with a hunter mentality and a track record of exceeding quota in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
