A rapidly scaling healthcare technology organization is seeking a VP, Infrastructure & Technology Operations to lead the next phase of enterprise technology growth and transformation.
Reporting directly to the CIO, this executive will oversee Infrastructure, Cloud Operations, Networking, Workplace Technology, Identity & Access Management, Collaboration Services, and Infrastructure Architecture across a global environment supporting continued business expansion.
This role is designed for a leader who has successfully scaled technology organizations through significant growth and increasing complexity. The organization is looking for someone who can evolve and optimize an established cloud-first technology environment, support international expansion and acquisitions, drive AI-enabled automation, and ensure technology operations remain ahead of the business as it continues to grow.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute a multi-year infrastructure and operations strategy aligned with business growth objectives.
- Scale technology operations to support increasing organizational complexity, global expansion, and future acquisitions.
- Drive automation, AI-enabled operations, and modern platform engineering practices.
- Improve resilience, disaster recovery, operational maturity, and service reliability.
- Optimize cloud governance, operational efficiency, platform scalability, and technology spend.
- Assess and strengthen organizational capabilities while developing a high-performing global team.
- Partner closely with executive leadership and stakeholders across technology, operations, product, and business functions.
- Build repeatable operating models that enable the company to scale without increasing complexity at the same pace.
Ideal Background
- Executive leadership experience overseeing enterprise infrastructure, cloud operations, platform engineering, or IT operations organizations.
- Proven success helping companies scale through rapid growth, international expansion, or significant organizational change.
- Experience optimizing mature cloud environments, driving automation, and improving operational efficiency.
- Strong understanding of AI adoption, workflow automation, and technology enablement.
- Experience supporting acquisitions, integrations, or large-scale business transformations.
- Demonstrated ability to build, develop, and scale distributed teams and leadership organizations.
- Executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive cross-functional initiatives.
