Lead Specialist, HRIS & Compensation

Glocomms is partnering with a media and digital content organization that is looking for a Lead Specialist, HRIS & Compensation to help shape and evolve its compensation strategy during an exciting period of growth and organizational change. This is a highly visible individual contributor role that partners directly with senior leadership and HR teams to ensure compensation programs remain competitive, equitable, and aligned with business goals.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to HR and leadership teams on compensation strategy and pay decisions
  • Lead compensation planning processes including salary reviews, bonus programs, and incentive structures
  • Conduct market pricing, bench marking, and salary analysis to support data-driven decisions
  • Ensure compensation programs remain competitive, equitable, and compliant with applicable regulations
  • Partner with Finance, Talent Acquisition, HR, and business leaders on workforce planning initiatives
  • Support compensation-related initiatives tied to organizational change and workforce growth
  • Manage relationships with compensation survey providers, consultants, and technology vendors
  • Use compensation and HR technology platforms to improve reporting, scalability, and process efficiency
  • Identify opportunities to streamline compensation operations through automation and process improvements
  • Provide guidance on complex compensation scenarios across multiple business functions.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong experience in compensation, total rewards, or related HR functions
  • Deep understanding of salary bench marking, market analysis, and compensation program design
  • Ability to influence and advise senior stakeholders using data and business insights
  • Experience managing compensation processes for diverse employee populations
  • Strong analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Familiarity with compensation technology platforms and HR systems.
