About the role:
We're seeking a talented C++ Software Engineer to join a high-performing trading technology team within a
leading hedge fund. This is an opportunity to work on ultra-low-latency systems that power cutting-edge high-frequency and systematic trading strategies.
You'll be part of a fast-paced environment where performance, scalability, and reliability are paramount.
Expect close collaboration with traders and quantitative researchers, contributing to solutions that directly
impact global markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and build high-performance C++ components for real-time trading and market connectivity.
- Optimize existing systems for speed, scalability, and fault tolerance under production conditions.
- Work with trading and research teams to develop infrastructure supporting advanced strategies.
- Participate in the full development lifecycle, from architecture to deployment, in an agile environment.
Technical Skills:
- Strong proficiency in modern C++ (C++17 or later).
- Expertise in multithreading, memory management, and performance tuning.
- Experience in low-latency environments such as trading, networking, or real-time systems.
- Solid Linux development background and familiarity with networking protocol
