Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain full-stack applications across the product ecosystem.
- Partner with platform engineers to integrate core systems into customer-facing features.
- Design and ship new functionality end-to-end-from backend data models to polished React interfaces.
- Collaborate with design to refine interaction patterns and deliver exceptional user experiences.
- Take ownership of ambiguous projects, breaking them into milestones and driving delivery.
- Work closely with customers to validate product fit and refine features based on feedback.
Skills & Qualifications
- 4-8 years of professional experience in full-stack software engineering roles.
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript, React, and Postgres.
- Proven ability to own projects end-to-end in a startup or fast-paced environment.
- Experience shaping product direction and building features customers love.
- Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and align teams around shared goals.
Preferred Attributes
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform).
- Background in developer tools, infrastructure, or observability.
- Experience working directly with customers to shape product decisions.
- Prior tech-lead or project leadership experience.
