Key Responsibilities
Human-AI Interaction Design
- Design interfaces that support collaboration between users and intelligent agents
- Create trust signals, delegation patterns, and intuitive intervention points
- Translate complex workflows into elegant, usable experiences
Workflow Optimization
- Shadow users to understand pain points and inefficiencies
- Map existing processes and design streamlined, error-reducing solutions
- Build components and patterns that scale across multiple use cases
Rapid Prototyping & Iteration
- Design, prototype, test, and iterate quickly
- Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to ship fast
- Measure impact on efficiency, accuracy, and user satisfaction
Design System Ownership
- Develop and maintain scalable design systems
- Ensure consistency and usability across the product
- Balance speed with quality in a startup environment
Qualifications
Required
- Experience designing complex, information-dense interfaces
- Strong user research skills and empathy for end users
- Proficiency in Figma or similar design tools
- Ability to create interactive prototypes for testing
- Passion for designing human-intelligence collaboration experiences
Preferred
- Background in designing for finance or accounting users
- Familiarity with accounting workflows and terminology
- Interest in automation and emerging interaction paradigms
