Oracle Order Management Lead

Glocomms is partnered with a leading safety, solutions, and telecommunications firm to identify an Oracle Order Management Lead who will help drive the roadmap, enhancement, and modernization of the company's Oracle application environment. This role will partner closely with business and technology leaders across order management, supply chain, and ERP functions to deliver scalable solutions, improve business processes, and support key transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring deep Oracle EBS and/or Fusion Cloud experience, strong leadership capabilities, and a proven track record of translating business needs into effective enterprise solutions within a complex environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Oracle application initiatives across Oracle EBS R12 and Oracle Fusion Cloud environments.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize enhancements, and deliver scalable solutions.
  • Manage projects related to ERP modernization, cloud transformation, and enterprise application improvements.
  • Oversee integrations between Oracle and other business systems, including Salesforce and MuleSoft.
  • Provide leadership for application support, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Mentor team members and collaborate with cross-functional and global stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Ability to work in hybrid setting with 1-2 says in office.
  • 10+ years of experience supporting and leading Oracle ERP applications.
  • Strong experience with Oracle EBS R12 and/or Oracle Fusion Cloud.
  • Background working with key Oracle modules such as Order Management, Inventory, Pricing, Purchasing, Manufacturing, or Accounts Receivable.
  • Experience leading enterprise application projects, cloud migrations, and business system enhancements.
  • Familiarity with Oracle technologies such as OIC, Oracle APEX, VBCS, or other Oracle PaaS solutions.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and project leadership skills.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required. Employer work permit sponsorship is not available for this position

Preferred Experience

  • Salesforce and MuleSoft integration experience.
  • Exposure to AI, automation, RPA, or emerging enterprise technologies.
  • Experience supporting large, multi-site, or global organizations.
