Main responsibilities:
- Defining the design, based on the customer requirements within the cluster to cluster migration
- Ensure high availability and optimal performance of all aspects of customer's services
- Single point of contact for the third-party voice recording solutions EMEA
- Actively contributing to a knowledge and skills - build and share mechanism throughout the team
- Managing technical service ramp-up (installation, configuration and coordination of setup tasks)
for voice and recording platforms EMEA wide
Daily activities: includes implementation, troubleshooting and support, cluster hosting 30K EMEA users on the following platforms:
- Cisco Call Manager CUCM, Cisco Unity CUxN, Cisco Unified Contact Center Express
- UCCX (10.5 and 12.5)
- Cisco Voice Gateways MGCP, H323 and analogue: ISR 4331, 3945, 3945, 28XX Series,
- 29XX Series, VG Series
- Cisco Phones: 78XX series 79XX series, 88XX series, 89XX series Cisco TelePresence
- SX20, CIPC
- NICE Trading Recording
- Nagios and RTMT monitoring
- VMware 5.5, 6.0, 6.5
