I'm working with a leading global alternative investment platform to bring on a Threat Intelligence Lead to their new security team! My client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Threat Intelligence Lead to join our dynamic team and drive our threat intelligence program to new heights.
As the Threat Intelligence Lead, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a robust threat intelligence program to identify, analyze, and mitigate cyber threats that pose risks to our organization and its clients. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including IT security, risk management, and business units, to provide strategic guidance and timely threat information. Your expertise in threat intelligence will help us proactively identify potential vulnerabilities, anticipate emerging threats, and enhance our overall security posture.

This is a hybrid opportunity located in NYC and compensation will range from 180K -200K Base, Bonus and there is potential for a sign on.
Responsiblities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive threat intelligence strategy, incorporating the latest industry trends, tools, and techniques.
- Monitor and analyze threat data from multiple sources, including internal logs, external feeds, threat intelligence platforms, and open-source intelligence.
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis of emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and attack patterns, and provide actionable intelligence to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams to define and maintain threat intelligence requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives and risk appetite.
- Establish and maintain relationships with external partners, vendors, and industry forums to exchange threat intelligence information and stay abreast of emerging trends.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive threat intelligence reports, briefings, and presentations for executive management, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
- Support incident response activities by providing real-time intelligence and recommendations during cybersecurity incidents.
- Conduct regular threat assessments and risk analyses to identify gaps in security controls and propose proactive measures for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity threats, vulnerabilities, and industry best practices, and provide training and awareness programs to enhance the organization's security posture.
