Glocomms is currently leading a search for a Territory Sales Manager for a global technology leader, that has for many decades provided ERP solutions in the manufacturing, distribution, retail and services industries.
That person will work with a small team of diverse and highly skilled sales professionals, and will play an essential part in helping grow the company further in the Nordics region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creating full business plans that include strategy and profit goals
- Working with the Marketing team on executing plans/campaigns that generate quality leads and interest
- Contacting/visiting potential customers to understand their needs and business goals
- Running sales engagements from introductory demos to workshops through to order
- Working with Presales to ensure alignment and deep technical understanding of customers' requirements
- Managing end-to-end sales processes
- Achieving quotas of qualified opportunities in a defined territory
Requirements:
- Solution sales experience with a proven track record of sales success in the software industry.
- Goal-oriented and highly self-motivated for success, with a proven track record of over achievement and hitting quota
- Experience selling enterprise application software solutions
- Speaking and writing in English and Finnish at business level
- Can demonstrates the ability to learn new technologies quickly
- Strong team player
- Experience using Salesforce is a plus
