Title: Territory Account Manager (m/w/d) permanent
Location: Home Hybrid (Munich/Ismaning Office)
Compensation: EUR 100,000-110,000 OTE (50/50) + other benefits
Territory: Primarily DACH

Company Summary: Being one of the leaders in Industrial Automation software, this company has acquired clients such as Ford Motor Company, Siemens, Bosch, Collins Aerospace, and NASA JPL.
For this position, its target market is OEM, thus experience in the Automotive vertical is an advantage. Given its success in Europe and the U.S., the company is looking to further expand its team in Germany to seize the numerous opportunities the market has to offer primarily in the DACH region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a customer base in the DACH region
- Represent the company's portfolio with respect and fairness
- Selling to the mid- and senior-level
- Technical product demonstrations
- Managing discovery meetings
- Managing accurate forecasts for quarterly and annual goals
- Work with the Field Application Engineers (FAE)
- Reviewing sales contracts and other legal negotiations with new customers
- Maintain data in the CRM system
Profile:
- German fluency
- 3+ years in technical sales
- Experience working with Embedded Software in a bonus
- Experience using the Business Model Canvas (or similar methodology)
- Experience in OEM vertical
- New logo hunter
- Experience in engaging senior level executives and the C-suites
- Demonstrable track record in successful sales
- Great written and verbal skills
