A multi-award-winning, hyper-growth customer experience intelligence company, which is a leader in Workforce Management is seeking a Territory Manager to join its team in Germany.
As a Territory Manager, you will be an influential key member of their German sales team and be responsible for driving success and build up the business in the DACH region with a primary focus on Germany, as well as building and developing relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Built key relationships with leaders of sales and other partner sales leaders in your segment
- Responsible for the achievement of associated territory sales quotas: software and services
- Uncover, develop and lead all sales activities for the sale of the company's products
- Exhibit strong strategic thinking, initiative, and leadership skills
- Achieve/overachieve your quotas quarter by quarter
- Responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with a high level of trust with key decision-makers
Skills and experience required:
- Direct B2B sales experience in a fast-growing high technology company (WFO/Call Center industry preferred)
- Start-up mentality
- Senior experience in sales positions
- Strong network in the Workforce Management, Contact Center, CX (Customer Experience) ecosystem
- Excellent time management, decision-making, and organization skills
- Driven, ambitious, energetic, entrepreneurial personality
- Customer-centric approach
- Excellent C-level negotiation skills
