Required Experience:
- 7-10+ years of quota-carrying enterprise software sales and account management experience.
- Experience selling Software-as-a-Service (SaaS), Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) or other cloud-based platforms.
- Experience selling enterprise-scale software, including business applications, analytics, data quality, data integration, data governance, data privacy, or data management technologies and solutions.
- Proven track record of consistent over-achievement of quota (top 10-20% of the company) in past positions.
- Cultivate and leverage mutually beneficial relationships with strategic alliance partners and cloud hyperscalers..
- Experience initiating, managing, and closing complex sales cycles and demonstrated ownership of all named account/territory management aspects.
- Experience as a leader in a team selling environment.
- Build successfully a start-up sales franchise into a seizable and hyper-growth business; strong level of self-sufficiency to create deals
- Bachelor's degree, Master's degree preferred.
Desired Experience/Skills/Education/Abilities:
- Consistent over-achievement in past roles while carrying multimillion quotas with high average deal sizes.
- Previous Sales Methodology training (R.A.D.A.R./Complex-Selling, TAS, "Solution Selling," SPIN, et al), CRM experience (Salesforce.com preferred), and strong customer references/network preferred.
- Successfully organized, conducted, and/or participated in lead generation initiatives and events.
- You have demonstrated leadership ability and success in mentoring new pre-sales and sales peers.
- Strong personal productivity computer skills, including salesforce.com, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
