Glocomms is currently leading a search for a Senior Solutions (PreSales) Consultant for a global technology leader, that has for a long time provided ERP solutions in the manufacturing, distribution, retail and services industries.
As a PreSales consultant, you will use your experience to provide support to the salesforce (direct and channel), offering an in-depth knowledge of the technical requirements and business use of company products to close sales opportunities.
What You'll Do:
- Conduct customer or prospect webinars
- Perform discovery sessions and workshops
- Prepare for and conduct detailed demos along with the Sales team
- Act as product expert between the salesforce and the customer
- Act as an advisor to Product Managers to:
- Provide business expertise by documenting processes and providing work-flow analysis
- Work with the Professional Services team to ensure that the project is correctly and accurately scoped
- This role will require approximately 50% travel, mainly domestic
What You Will Need To Succeed:
- Extensive experience of presales within the ERP industry
- Background of success in supporting both direct and channel sales
- Strong knowledge in Manufacturing business processes
- Experience in the following industries is an advantage: manufacturing, distribution, or finance
- Documented experience of giving customer presentations / demos
