A fast-growing company, that is one of the most exciting software companies in Europe and a global technology leader in the big data and analytics market is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer to join its German team.
Responsibilities:
- Build and develop relationships with customers, prospects, and partners on the technical and executive side
- Work hands-on with customers and prospects
- Have a clear and sharp analysis of the technical objectives for the implementation of the product
- Advise the customer on the best ways to use the product
- Work in close collaboration with the Sales team during the whole sales cycle
- Ensure customer's satisfaction and success
- Product demos and presentations
Skills and experience required:
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Many years of experience in the presales area or in a technical post-sales position
- Ability to adapt to technical and executive audience
- Capacity to understand the customer's issues and to offer them the relevant solutions
- Excellent knowledge of SQL / data warehousing
- Familiarity with MPP databases
- Experience in building and programming ETL routes
- Programming experience in Python and R
- Fluency in German and English
