With a patented technology and a Gartner rated product, the Senior Sales Engineer will be selling a game-changing product that reduces security threats in a dramatically more efficient manner. To succeed in this role, the Senior Sales Engineer must be ambitious, self-motivated, and comfortable in the dynamic atmosphere of an agile technical security organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Support enterprise customer accounts: interact with all roles in cyber security like threat intelligence, vulnerability management, threat hunting, and incident response
- Manage the customer engagement process: customer support requests, regular touch points, and ad-hoc intelligence requirements
- Ability to proactively manage evaluation and deployment support
- Ability to effectively present solutions via live presentations and remote webinars
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in analytical roles (i.e. threat intelligence, cyber security, sales operations) working with enterprise clients
- BA/BS required or equivalent combination experience and education
- Experience and familiarity with security management products and services.
- Experience working with technical and non-technical personnel
- Ability to troubleshoot technical concerns
