We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Account Management Professional to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Partner Success Manager, you will be instrumental in cultivating and nurturing relationships with our tier 1 publishers. Your role will involve working closely with these key partners to ensure their success in leveraging our advanced advertising technology solutions, driving revenue growth, and maximizing client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with tier 1 publishers, serving as the main point of contact for their needs and inquiries.
- Collaborate with publishers to understand their business objectives, identify opportunities, and provide strategic guidance on leveraging our cookie-less advertising technology.
- Proactively monitor and analyze publisher performance, ensuring optimal utilization of our platform and identifying areas for improvement or optimization.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including sales, operations, and product development, to align publisher needs with our offerings and deliver exceptional service.
- Conduct regular performance reviews with publishers, providing insights, recommendations, and reports on campaign performance and optimization strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies, providing thought leadership and guidance to publishers on adapting to the cookie-less landscape.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in account management or client servicing within the digital advertising industry.
- Strong knowledge of advertising technologies, programmatic advertising, and industry best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key stakeholders.
