Responsibilities
- Working with the Regional Sales Managers on pre-sales technical account management.
- Being the subject matter expert on all things of the produc, lead customers and partners through demos and issue solutions in a clear, succinct manner.
- Investigate and keep up with markt trends.
- Maintain continual cross-functional communication to keep all key stakeholders informed about product functioning and product wants in the field.
- Collaborate with Product Management and R&D to create features that are vital
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the product line's technical specifications.
Technical credentials
- Deep knowledge of security-focused product lines (CASB, EDR, SIEM, or forensics-type platforms) and the ability to transfer that knowledge into security best practices.
- Strong networking skills and an understanding of the OSI levels from L3 to L7 are required.
- Strong written (RFP) and spoken (pre-sales presentations and conferences) communications are required.
- A good grasp of how an attacker works (Red Team or Pentest).
- Excellent knowledge of Incident Response (Blue Team) procedures.
- Excellent knowledge of cloud security.
- Knowledge of security processes and techniques (CISSP/...) is advantageous.
