A market-leading pre-IPO company that has been awarded multiple times by Gartner's Magic Quadrant as a leader in backup and recovery, is currently looking to fill several new positions in Germany.
This role, overseeing Germany, will allow you to build a sales strategy and manage a growing sales team of 5 people.
Responsibilities:
Develop a sales strategy and plan within the region, to drive revenue and growth forward
Implement the sales plan, ensuring its proper execution
Support and your sales team, participate to the professional development of all members of your team
Report and monitor sales activity, conducting regular revenue forecast
Represent the company
in sales events
Recruiting and onboard new team members
Ensure targets achievement
Skills and experience required:
Minimum of 8 years of experience in Enterprise Field Sales
Minimum of 4 years of experience in management
Experience in the Cloud / Infrastructure / Backup / Security areas is a must have
Fluent in German and English
Leadership/coaching abilities
Excellent analytical skills
Demonstrable track-record of achieving or overachieving your sales goals
