Sales Manager DACH
A Storage software vendor in hypergrowth is seeking a new Sales Manager for Germany. This company is ranked as a Leader in the Gartner Magic Quadrant.
Responsibilities:
- Build and develop relationships with targeted clients
- Develop a sales strategy and plan within the region
- Evangelise the solution through the region, working in close collaboration with the presales, marketing, sales team
- Adopt a land and expand approach with targeted accounts
- Recruiting new team members
- Achieve/overachieve your quotas quarter by quarter
Skills and experience required:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Enterprise Field Sales
- Fluent in German and English
- Ability to work in autonomy, self-starter mentality
- Experience selling Storage software
- Demonstrable track-record of achieving sales goals
- Good knowledge of MEDDIC sales methodology
- Experience managing sales teams
- Experience selling to C-level
