A big data software vendor in hypergrowth is seeking a Sales Director for Germany. This pre-IPO company is ranked as a Leader in the Gartner Magic Quadrant. This role will allow you to build the market in German region from scratch.
Responsibilities:
Build and develop relationships with targeted clients
Develop a sales strategy and plan within the region
Adopt a land and expand approach with targeted accounts OR close deals within the first months
Recruiting new team members
Achieve/overachieve your quotas quarter by quarter
Minimum of 6 years of experience in Enterprise Field Sales
Fluent in German and English
Ability to work in autonomy, self-starter mentality
Demonstrable track-record of achieving sales goals
Hunter/New business development mentality
Experience building a market from scratch
Travel availability
