Glocomms is working with a Gartner leader in Warehouse Management Systems, a company with a deep history in logistics software in Europe. They have world leading Clients (in their respective industries) such as DHL and Volkswagen.
Together, we are looking for a Sales DACH, who will be responsible for the successful national and international sales of the company's large SC product suite. Working directly with the Chief of Sales, you will be developing marketing and sales strategies for new and existing customers, as well as lead a team of highly qualified sales professionals; with the opportunity to be promoted to the Chief position in the coming years.
You are responsible for the sales targets and report directly to the Chief of Sales.
You have personal responsibility for the Sales DACH teams and develop the potential of the employees.
You create market analyses, identify customer needs and keep an eye on our competitors
Together with your sales team, you will acquire new customers (and maintain existing ones) throughout Germany and the rest of Europe
You conduct negotiations and negotiate contracts
You will identify potential sales partners and manage partner sales activities (end to end cycles)
You support the company´s marketing activities at trade fairs and at other professional events.
In cooperation with the HR team, you will find the right new colleagues to further grow the company´s diverse staff
A degree in business administration, logistics or a comparable qualification.
Years of successful managerial experience in national and international sales
You have a network of long term relationships in the logistics industry
You have great knowledge of logistics & tech.
You have a high willingness to travel and draw energy from the dynamic everyday life of a sales professional
Business fluent in German and English.
